You need to be seen: for evaluation of your blood pressure and other symptoms that you have, not immediately, unless you have uncontrollable symptoms or blood pressure is way above. Relax, and re-measure the blood pressure after a good refreshing sleep, the cuff should cover at least 2/3 of your arm, best wishes
