What is the cause of the pain and numbness on the left side of my body including slight head ache still on the left side. i do not have a blood pressure problem but once in a while the doctors finds it to be very high.

That's a bp problem : Once in a while doctor's find your blood pressure high doesn't mean you don't have a bp problem, the symptoms you described may be related, you need to see your doctor or go to hospital asap given your description to rule out serious neurologic conditions that could be secondary to high blood pressure, don't waste time online, good luck
