Very unlikely: Only about 1000 brain tumors are diagnosed in the US per year in people between the ages of 15 and 20. So, it would be very unlikely this headache is related to a tumor. It will likely go away with time. It can be from dehydration or caffeine withdrawal. Return to your doctor if it is persistent and/or worsening. Also, note if there are other symptoms such as seizures, shaking, speech problems,etc
