Your muscles: are stiff and overworked, with posture and positioning likely the cause for your tension headaches. What you need is de-stressing techniques such as meditation, relaxation and a physically taxing hobby such as golf or cardiovascular exercises. This way you can treat both your nerve and your muscles. If that is not better, then use some ibuprofen or see your healthcare provider.
