Is a cystoscope and prostate ultrasound routine to examine bladder/prostate for problems with nighttime urination and daytime weak flow ? i have bph but normal psa. have had digital exam yearly ?

Generally -no. You need a prostate symptom questionnaire, urinalysis and possibly a bladder ultrasound to see if you are emptying your bladder well (pot void residual) and then probably one out of many medicines available for your symptoms. Good luck.
