Age 59. new onset of difficulty urinating in the morning. improves throughout the day. no blood or pain. prolonged sitting for several days right before onset. july 2020: psa= 2.1, 4k score= low risk. should i be concerned about prostate cancer?

Empty your bladder before going to bed, avoid constipation and see how you are after a week or so. If it persists see a Urologist. With your results you should not be concerned. Have this checkup yearly.
