Hand tremor is something you cant control . It is not clear what you mean by 'Conscious seizure'

You do not know until having a neuro exam as there are many conditions in the movement disorder spectrum. Keeping a log around the time you are experiencing such spells would be best in trying to determine their nature.

Have no clue what "conscious seizure" means, but assume it is a focal seizure, and if so, it changes location as it proceeds. The hand tremor stays in one spot and is provoked by certain activities. A neurologist can sort all of this out for you.
