More likely nerve: Most likely a carpal tunnel or ulnar nerve problem. Although tingling in hand can be associated with other signs of stroke or seizure, the likelihood of these quite low in absence of arm weakness or loss of consciousness, respectively.

Tingling causes: Tingling in one arm is normally due to irritation of the median or ulnar nerve. It is not normally due to a seizure or a stroke. These are possible, just not likely.
