Interesting: He could be having a surge of Epinephrine (adrenaline, ) which we see in an adrenal tumour called a pheochromocytoma. The patient feels very anxious, heart races, is sweaty and tremulous. Most are benign, but are serious. Regardless, i think he should be seen by a physician, and sooner is better. Good luck.
