Forty percent of men with primary infertility are found to have a varicocele, and that number rises to 75 to 81 percent of men with secondary infertility which could be related to the impaired function of the pampiniform plexus of veins and increased testicle temperature may be the culprit so varicocelectomy will reduce the testicle temperature not increasing it.
