Please clarify what procedure you had in 2019. Did you have history of severe hiatal hernia which causes GERD?

So the problem is that after poem surgery in 2019 my lower esophagus sphincter is open and after that gerd problem occur,yep i know that u have to eat less food so acid doesnt increase,but i want a permanent solution?
