I am confused with my lab test results. my lipid profile: cholesterol: 186 cholesterol hdl: 65 cholesterol ldl : 103 is this too bad?

It is really not bad at all. Total cholesterol less than 200, HDL morning than 45, ratio of total cholesterol: HDL less than 5 is considered a goal. You meet all three criteria. Keep up the great lipid profile. Hope it helps.

Your total cholesterol and LDL, even though within the normal ranges should be lower for me to feel satisfied. You have not provided adequate details as to why the study was done, significant risk factors etc. These data will provide useful additional information. In the meantime, I would suggest that you go on a low fat diet diet and exercise regularly. The current guide is "the lower the better"
