Not bad: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your results are within normal limits. Your HDL is low for a woman. You can improve that by exercising. Start with walking 30 minutes a day and increase the intensity of exercise as tolerated.
