That's pretty good.: While your LDL could afford to be a bit lower (< 100 to be really good), your HDL is really high, which is very heart-protective, and your triglycerides are in an acceptable range. Your total is high in part because your HDL is so high, which is a good thing. But again, the LDL could afford to be a bit lower.
