High Cholesterol in the bloodstream is an indicator of a condition which if left untreated can eventually lead to hardened/blocked arteries. It does not directly measure amount of blockage/hardening of the arteries as this can take many years to occur. See your Dr about starting on Cholesterol lowering medications in order to prevent damage to your arteries.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results suggests risk of arterial blockage but is not diagnostic of it. If would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a cardiologist. Wish you good health!
