A member asked:

Tinnitus sufferer. but extremely good hearing to the point where i can hear almost everything. more sensitivity recently when i had a spike for a few weeks. ent wasn't concerned wrote hypercausis? if it is what can i do for it? how does this happen?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hyperacusis is a sense that noise is louder and more intense. And appears that your hearing is quite excellent. Since your ENT has been following this and has access to acoustic/ vestibular studies, discuss in detail the next steps and follow recommendations.
