Hello im having tinnitus in one ear only i went to 2 ent doctors 1 of them told me i have hearing loss and the other one told me my hearing is fine i dont know who to believe anymore im going nuts .. could stress be causing it ? i have anxiety?

If you're not satisfied, for best evaluation & advice consult a neurootolaryngologist at the department of otolaryngology at a university hospital near you. I think tinnitus can cause stress and not vice versa.
