: I think you answered your own question. It appears you have a TMJ disorder that needs to be addressed. I suspect you also have ear symptoms eye symptoms and muscle tension which could be in the form a headaches. Restoring the jaw joint function will effectively treat all of the listed symptoms and likely others not listed.
