A few days ago r ear had tinnitus and felt full.that went away, but now same thing in l ear, also pressure. went to ent, saw nothing hearing test ok.

You may have: fluid collecting behind your ear drums (middle ear) This fluid "drains" to the internal nose structures via tiny tubes called "EUSTACHIAN" tubes. Nasal spray plus oral decongestants may help! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
