smoothie made from a nutritious mix of foods provides the same amount of nutritional value as the foods from which the smoothie has been prepared. There is no reason this would affect your teeth in anyway harmful

As healthy, yes. Can't think of any dental issues drinking a smoothie. Chewing would not be involved. I hope you're talking about veggies and fruit, not steak.

Just as healthy? Sort of. The nutritional values are the same. Watch sugar levels, fruits and vegetables are carbohydrates. And there is a bone/muscle balance that needs tone maintained to not have an effect on boney architecture and near-muscular balance. Jaws are designed to be used. If you are going to design smoothies, talk to a Nutritionist first.
