See dentist: Go to see dentist to get your mouth/gum checked. I don't know why you take Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) to begin with. Condition like sjogren's disease with dry mouth/lack of saliva will give you at risk to have gingivitis- inflammation of the gum etc. You may have inflammation on the gum despite the fact that you brush and floss regular.
