A member asked:

Is there a treatment for hives and welts that have consistently flared up daily for 3 months in 2 different homes, no allergies known or skin conditions?

Urticaria: For urticaria usually no treatment is needed, just time to wait for the welts to go away. You can accelerate the process with antihistamines like Zyrtec and Benadryl, or a low potency steroid like Hydrocortisone cream - 1%. You may need to see an allergist to help you with selecting the right treatment

Unexpected hives ?: A rare reaction to detergents used even over considerable time w/o a reaction can produce a "delayed sensitivity" reaction like described. "Tide" detergent in particular can be the cause. Suggest a trial of Ivory Snow (non-detergent) and thorough washing and rinsing of bedclothes and undergarments before wearing again, especially with no prior "history of allergies/skin condiditons"
