My brother's hands, feet & lips got swollen. then itching of the skin resulting into hives then a swelling on the forehead. it is now 3days.went for blood tests but only the crp was high(48).what is the cause and treatment for this condition. thx?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. From what you described he seems to have allergies and it would be prudent to consult an allergist. If he develops swollen tongue or breathing difficulty take him to the nearest emergency room.
