What's the treatment for the bruise by a rubber bullet? nobody wants to go to the er (due to covid), and rubber bullets don't break the skin, right? what's the home treatment?

Patience: A bruise that does not otherwise interfere with function of a limb or organ can be left alone to self heal. It will go through color change over time & the body should process any broken blood vessels for self repair over a 2-4 wk period. If there is loss of function a virtual consult with your doc would be the next level to consider.

Rubber Bullet: Rubber bullets are often metal coated in rubber or plastic. Their small size can concentrate their power over a smaller area to do real damage. If you got away with a bruise - consider yourself lucky. Maybe you were hit by a baton round. You can ice the injury.
