Pressure hives: Steroids help. Usually antihistamines don't. I found a few cases that correlate with a delayed food reaction. Watch what you eat and maybe you will get lucky.

I find that....: Doxepin, 25-50 mg, at night (the most potent h1 & h2 blocker known) given with generic singulair (montelukast) (10) /day helps most patients!
