Covid 19: Cough, sore throat and muscle pain are all symptoms of covid-19. You can get tested, but it will not change the management. Self Isolate, take Acetaminophen for pain, and cough suppressant for cough. Drink lots of fluids and rest.

Symptoms: Could be COVID 19. Testing is up to you but you do need to quarantine. Rest, hydrate & eat healthfully. May use acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
