I'm scared that i may have covid. we have traveled to a small town in the freestate. the owner of the spar here has just passed away with covid, i've developed the following symptoms, headache, nasal congestion, sore throat, elevated heart rate. ?

Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. Be sure to get tested, if you get symptoms. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Stay hydrated. : The elevated heart rate may be anxiety. Stay healthy. Maintain all precautions, such as wearing a mask, wash hands, avoid face touching and physical touching. Increase your fluid intake and follow a healthy diet. Get tested for Covid-19 when possible and follow up with your PCP.
