My heart raced from 75 to 150 bpm within 15 min resting after 1st dose of pfizer covid vaccine. it returned to normal after 1-2 hours. after that only had a sore arm, no other side effects. heart problem or just stress? how to prevent it on 2nd dose?

From ehat you describe it seems like rapid heart beat due to Anxiety or stress as you mentioned.Heart rate returned to notmal as you were relaxed later.It does not seem to be serious side efrect on the heart.It is hard to say if it wilk happen again with second dose.Try to relax and even if it happens it is not a serious reaction to vaccine.Good Luck

It may not occur with the second injection but if does occur then lie down and rest till it disappears. Good Luck
