My total protein was high. dr ordered cbc, cmp, spep. all normal (and protein had come down), except for slightly elevated kappa chain of 21.5. ratio normal. no m spike. he wants me to repeat all labs and it is is making me extremely anxious?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, kappa and lambda light chain results have a large number of false positives and you may ignore it. Wish you good health!

Im 60 yr male had UA at PCP with findings of ketones + Protein ++ Urobilinogen ++. Went to hospital for immediate retest with results all negative. Had blood labs 2 days after CBC & CMP results were perfect no abnormals. Are any follow ups required?

I have an elevated B12 level of 1370 but all my other labs (CBC, CMP, A1C, TSH) were normal. I have been having headaches and dizziness off and on. I do take vitamins that have about 13mcg of B12. Should I be concerned?
