Electrophoresis ordered by my dr came back normal with the exception of a slightly elevated serum kappa level. cbc and cmp normal. he said not to worry, all looked fine and then changed his mind and wants me to repeat all labs. i am stressing out?

Electrophoresis: Always good to repeat tests to see if they are the same. Discuss with your team who know you. We do not.

Serum free light chain test shows normal kappa (8.7mg/dl), low lambda (3.80), high kap/lam ratio (2.31). Serum $ urine electrophoresis show no monoclonal protein, nor does serum immunofixation. Likely MGUS, myeloma, or admyloidosis? CBC/met panel ok.
I have an elevated B12 level of 1370 but all my other labs (CBC, CMP, A1C, TSH) were normal. I have been having headaches and dizziness off and on. I do take vitamins that have about 13mcg of B12. Should I be concerned?
