Im 60 yr male had ua at pcp with findings of ketones + protein ++ urobilinogen ++. went to hospital for immediate retest with results all negative. had blood labs 2 days after cbc & cmp results were perfect no abnormals. are any follow ups required?

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do not have any symptoms, there is no need for more tests. Wish you good health!

Random bone aches joints . I did bloodworks cbc cmp last march 18. All are normal including alk phos total protein. esr 7 ra factor negative hiv test negative TB test negative. Crp - within normal range. Tsh is low thyroid panel was normal. UA was ok?
Pos ANA x 5yr now neg, but ds-DNA same indeterminate at 9 x same 5yr. Always told it was lupus but doesnt seem like it. Pain is always nerve or muscle now. What is ANA neg with indeterminate ds-DNA? What other labs are needed? CBC, UA, CMP WNL.
