Got labs drawn. cbc, cmp both all normal ranges. b12 high 1356 (range 232-1245) i take 1000 mcg sublingual daily. should i stop? would this cause this elevation?

Reduce dose: The B12 is not real high so should not be a problem however you can just cut it in half

Mom is in her 80s. Her WBC was 3.0. (Her norm is usually 4-5.) Other labs (CBC, CMP) were normal. She is active,goes for daily walks, &says she feels good other than getting tired at times which he feels is normal for her age. What could be cause. ?
