I have an elevated b12 level of 1370 but all my other labs (cbc, cmp, a1c, tsh) were normal. i have been having headaches and dizziness off and on. i do take vitamins that have about 13mcg of b12. should i be concerned?

The normal dose is 2.4mcg. You are taking too much. Stop that and ask your doc what and if to take it
