Pediatrician: His pediatrician will be best to address as with season changes many other possible causes will have to be ruled in or out. Specifically for recurring symptoms a thorough focused exam will be needed.

Agree with Dr. P: If your son has recurrent episodes, getting the tonsils removed would be one option to consider. Wish you and your son good health!
