Viral illness: His vomiting is either related to a more body wide infection or reaction to the antibiotics. The most probable is that your child has a viral illness with a gastroenteritis. Try to keep your child hydrated.

Continue rx fluids: If your son was diagnosed with Strep throat, then a penicillin is the treatment of choice. The dose may be repeated if the vomiting occurs within 30 minutes of ingesting the dose. The fever should remit within about 48 hours. Since it has been 4 days, I would advise seeing your physician to ensure there is no complication such as an ear infection/pneumonia.
