Strep/Influenza: Other treatable causes should be ruled out. These include Strep A and Influenza when you are able to see your PCP. An antihistamine will not provide relief unless you have an allergic reaction. The use of Ibuprofen may be used to control fever and pain.

Symptoms: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Acetaminophen or NSAID's can help with pain. Medical assessment can be used to rule out cold, streph throat, mononucleosis, COVID 19 and other infections.
