My son has tonsillitis-, he is on orelox for 2 days now. he still has a fever of 39 degrees. he is 6 months old and weigh 7.4kg. can i give him panamor suppository to help break the the fever?

Infant drops: The suppository is better for two years of age and older. Infant Tylenol is advised, but the infection should be controlled by the antibiotic. Please see your physician soon. Keep him well hydrated.
