I had an mri of my hip and found out that that i have an adnexal mass. im really scared that it will be cancer. how common is this?

Mass: At 63 your concern is warranted. However, when I was in training I had a wise instructor who said "It is never a good idea to watch cancer". Take action,and get evaluated! The sooner you know what you are dealing with the better! Good luck!
