One must wait to worry, otherwise you can become a hypochondriac and always feel sick from one ailment to the other. Muscle twitching is common in normal healthy people. Moreover it is not a characteristic sign of MS. So you can relax and assume yourself to be healthy unless proven otherwise.

Strongly urge you seek emotional support assistance, as you can free yourself of these escalating concerns as follows: if possible, find a psychologist or therapist who is skilled in cognitive-behavioural therapy and see if this might help. Biofeedback therapy can help desensitize and compensate. Meditation practiced regularly can allow you to relax and expand horizons.

In an environment where anyone can access tomes of medical information, for good or for profit, it is easy to acquire distress and anxiety around symptoms you might otherwise not even notice. Emotional support or other therapy is a good idea. Another good idea is to work on wellness: diet, strengthening/lifting small weights, aerobic exercise and 6-8 cups of water a day. Keep moving!

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
