Mri report shows bosniak type 2f kidney mass measures 7cm n some retroperitoneal adenopathy measures 1cm. should i worry? is this a sign of cancer?

Bosniak 2F: Usually, this type of cyst is benign. However a small percentage do have cancer potential. This kind of lesion requires repeat imaging to make sure it doesn't change appearance. Lymph nodes are very common in everyone, and 1 cm size is not "pathologically" enlarged, but these too would be remeasured at any follow up imaging.
