Healthy ones: This depends on what you personally like. However, in general you'd want to stay away from highly processed foods from vending machines -- and move towards real foods like fruit, raw or briefly blanched veggies, nuts, apple butter, hummus, hard boiled egg, etc. If you're eating from stress rather than hunger, you need to re-evaluate your relationship with food.
