Stress relief: Yes! The act of crying can provide a good release for anxiousness and stress. Also try Deep Breathing exercises, Journaling, talking to trusted friends or family members, exercise, listening to music, enjoying the outdoors, petting an animal, meditation/prayer. If your stress leads to physical symptoms such as insomnia, stomach aches or headaches, consider talking to a therapist for coping tools.
