What should i do if i have symptoms of give-up-itis? ive been stressed and reacting to problems by just avoiding doing anything about it, but thats affecting me badly. i dont physically feel good but what would help this to improve ?

Your too young to be stressed out, you need to gain back your esteem and self confidence. See a therapist and get a complete physical checkup. Both doctors can help you understand your problems and gain back your confidence. Don't think about it, do it now.

Agree with Dr Trager, and would suggest you seek a cognitive-behavioral therapist. The counseling will only take a few months, and the success should be amazing. An exercise program will certainly buoy your spirits. Do get a complete medical evaluation also, just to be complete.
