Berries: Not unheard of. You have a history of IBS and berries are a food that commonly does not get digested well. For example strawberries are classically a food that can cause diverticulitis secondary to undigested seeds. If you are otherwise OK I would not worry about this.

Undigested food.: I agree with Dr. Hickerson. Undigested foods can mean rapid transit time going through your gut. Have you worked with your doctor to get your IBS and anxiety under better control? Berries can be high in fiber. I don't think this is a big deal unless it is happening a lot. Talk with your doctor.
