About

Bio

Aside from practicing podiatry for over forty years, I have tried to keep myself busy while living life. Food and its history has always intrigued me, so I followed that dream. I attended culinary school and opened a restaurant which I have owned and operated for 29 years. Because animals are an essential part of my life, I served on the local humane society board and helped with the care of thousands of wonderful animals. To help others, I was an instructor, in anatomy and physiology as well as advanced physiology, at two local college campuses. Without doubt, my favorite city in the world is Rome. My wife and I visit there often with friends. I enjoy learning about the ancient world and enjoy visiting remote archaeological locations. Local excitement is riding my Harley- Davidson.
