Not well.: That would not be the best approach for most people. Balanced diet to include at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day; at least 5 servings of veggies and 4 servings of fruit per day , healthy but limited fat intake, reduced junk carbs and appropriate sources of protein is optimum. Calories burned must exceed calories in.
