No medicine will produce long lasting effects on weight by itself. Lifestyle and behavioral changes will be needed in order to keep a negative calorie balance by diet and exercise. A weight loss center will be best in this regard.

For the next two weeks record every bite of food. drink, including alcohol, that you take in. Then reduce your intake by half. Exercise at least 30 minutes each day. It may help to join a support group like weight watchers. Wish you good health!
