I 've gained weight .could this be due to fibroids ? i used to be 120 pounds and now 150.i am a health eater but can't seem to bring the weight down.

Not due to Fibroids: Fibroids are growths commonly found in the uterus. While they can become large over time they seldom make the uterus weigh more than a few pounds. A 5 lb uterus would be really really big.I would look for other causes of the 30 lb weight gain.
