770 Km.: As a rough estimate, running burns about 600 cal/hr . With 3600 calories/lb of fat, we are talking about 6 hours of running to lose 1 lb. Ten lbs is about 60 hours of exercise. Assuming that diet remains stable. How far can you run in 60 hours? At 8 mph ( a respectable speed) you will need to go about 480 miles ( about 770 km ). Fat is a very efficient fuel. Better not to eat.
