A little: A thickend endometrium in a 29 year woman on day 12 of her cycle isn't really concerning. Its normal. But multiple fibroids are a little concerning. Fibroids aren't cancer but they tend to get bigger with time and cause heavy, painful periods. They can also make it harder to get pregnant. Best wishes!
